Howard considered it carefully again, then said, "I'm not someone who pays much attention to my own emotions, so I'm sorry, but I can't provide any more relevant factors."

"That's all right." Schiller did not mind. "Most people aren't capable of clearly analyzing the cause of every emotion they feel and the consequences it might lead to."

"When most people feel upset, they always find it inexplicable. Perhaps they know some broad reasons—for example, they're annoyed by something or dislike someone—but they can't actually analyze the causality in detail, nor can they guess what consequences their emotions will bring."

"If everyone could analyze their own emotions in such meticulous detail, there wouldn't be so many people in the world suffering from psychological disorders. Most psychological disorders are actually the result of emotions that go unnoticed or cannot be dealt with, accumulating in the heart."

"So when, at some point, you suddenly feel inexplicable negative emotions filling your heart but cannot find their source, that is actually perfectly normal."
