In the dim prison cell, the Maiden in a white dress huddled in the corner. Soon, a long black shadow was cast across the wall, and a blue-skinned figure appeared at the cell door.
"Do you remember me?" A man's voice echoed through the empty room. He snapped his fingers lightly, and with a click, the lock opened.
As the blue figure walked into the cell, the color of his skin filled the room with a cold glow.
The Maiden still sat there hugging her knees without looking up. So he lightly extended a hand and flicked one finger to the side, sending the somewhat slender female figure crashing to the floor.
"Oh, I almost forgot. It seems I never told you my name..." There was a hint of mockery in the man's voice. "Though there's no real need for it, you'd better remember it. My name is Kang. You can also call me Conqueror Kang."
After saying that, he stepped closer and crouched down, looking at Loki's face. "I didn't expect you to have grown up so much after just a few days. But I knew from the start that you'd become a beauty..."
Conqueror Kang stood again and slowly walked toward the door, leaving only his back to Loki. He snapped his fingers once more, and a chair appeared in the middle of the room.
The next second, Loki appeared in the chair, her limbs, neck, and waist all restrained. Conqueror Kang suddenly turned back to her. "Let's continue our previous conversation."
"Why did you disappear?" Loki deliberately imitated Sylvie's somewhat hoarse voice. "And why did you reappear?"
Conqueror Kang chuckled. "I merely went out for a few days. To you, it may have been hundreds or thousands of years, but to me, it was only an instant."
