Schiller searched through materials in the Batcave archive room while Barry, as if he had nails under his feet, simply could not stand still. One moment he circled behind the shelves, the next he wandered to the door, making Schiller dizzy.

"If you really can't stay put, go wait by the door." Schiller pulled open a drawer and turned to Barry.

Barry looked frightened yet exhilarated. He tilted his head up at the row of switches on the wall, rubbing his hands together. "I always knew Batman had an archive containing all kinds of information, with schemes and plans for dealing with every villain in the world—even the universe. It even includes plans for dealing with himself."

"Batman doesn't let anyone get near that archive. He won't even let anyone look at it for too long. Well, honestly, I'm just really curious. God! This is the first time I've been able to move around the Batcave so freely..."

"But that's the truth." Barry spread his hands. "I'm standing in another Batman's Batcave right now, with all this information laid out before me without any protection. No matter how many safeguards the Batman in my world puts in place, I can still learn his secrets through other channels."
