"Seriously, Gwen, you should really consider what I said before about the two of us sharing an account. Nick would never be able to tell us apart. He doesn't have a daughter, so there's no way he could distinguish girls our age."

Spider-Gwen tugged this world's Gwen toward the entrance of the expo. They had run into each other while the vehicles were being checked at the gate.

Of course, it wasn't their first meeting. They had met in the lab before, and Spider-Gwen had been trying to persuade her alternate-universe counterpart to cover shifts for her.

"Oh my God, Miss Stacy, stop talking nonsense! Even if we can both do research, I wasn't bitten by a spider. How am I supposed to swing between skyscrapers?" Gwen spread her hands and looked helplessly at her counterpart.

"Seriously, haven't you ever thought about flying above the city like Peter?" Spider-Gwen was livelier. Perhaps the boundless energy brought by her Spider Mutation made her speak faster, making her seem more animated.

"Not interested at all." Gwen shook her head and sighed. "I've had the privilege of being carried through the air by him a few times. The wind up high is too strong, and every time I got home, I had to explain to my dad that Peter wasn't the kind of man who went bad after getting rich. He hadn't bought a sports car, and he hadn't taken me street racing."

"Please!" Spider-Gwen grabbed Gwen's arm and dragged out the word in a coquettish whine. "Swinging on your own isn't the same as being carried by someone else. It feels really cool."

"But I haven't mutated. How am I supposed to fly?"

"Isn't that easy? Spider-Man suits are getting more advanced these days, and they all have magic attached to them.
