Marvel's Single Universe had undergone many cycles of destruction and rebirth. Aside from those gods tied to the rules themselves, most life had only emerged after the latest reconstruction of the universe.
The universe did indeed have a center. Every Single Universe bore traces left behind when its newest incarnation was born, usually in the form of a supermassive black hole. But this black hole was not purely a physical phenomenon; it also held symbolic meaning in mysticism, representing the destruction of the old universe and the birth of the new one.
The black hole's mass was unimaginably vast, and the enormous surrounding region was therefore a true wasteland, devoid of celestial bodies and even light.
Yet at this moment, a phenomenon that defied the laws of physics appeared. Within the massive black hole's radiation range stood a strange celestial body comparable in scale to it, even giving off a faint deep-red glow. It was the mutated antimatter-universe portal passage.
This portal passage existed within the ten-dimensional universe. From the perspective of the three-dimensional universe, it appeared as an irregular circle. The antimatter-universe particles leaking from it looked dark purple and crimson to the human eye, while particles from the matter universe appeared black. Now, as the two overlapped, they had become indistinguishable from one another.
The portal passage was unaffected by the black hole's absorption of light. Even within the black hole's radiation range, bright visible light still leaked from the passage, and within the range of the particle radiation, it had not been captured by the black hole.
It looked like a deep-red hole burned through a sheet of black paper. On a planet at the farthest edge of the central star region, Schiller frowned and murmured, "How did it end up like this?"
He was genuinely puzzled.
