Facing Schiller's explanation, the others exchanged glances. Otto rubbed his chin, rolled his eyes, and said, "So if we went to other universes, grabbed a few more Reeds, and tossed them into the antimatter universe, wouldn't it blow up even faster?"
Peter sucked in a sharp breath and turned to glare at Otto. At that moment, Doom chimed in, "Doom believes you are correct. Doom believes that every Reed Richards in every universe should contribute to universal security."
But Schiller shook his head and said, "If you toss in one Reed, even if he can blow up the antimatter universe, he'll probably be left with half his life at most. But if you toss in a whole group of Reeds, the antimatter universe blows up and they come running out completely unharmed... then wouldn't the matter universe be in trouble too?"
Otto thought it over and felt that made sense. One menace at Reed's level was already a cosmic misfortune. If they really brought over a whole pack of them, it would be hard to say whether they were blowing up the enemy or themselves.
Otto waved his mechanical arms and dragged Salo up from the floor. Peter grabbed Salo's legs, and together, they hauled the Zerg emperor into the escort ship's laboratory.
Schiller had originally wanted to follow them in, since he was somewhat curious about the Zerg's anatomy as well. But when he reached the door, he froze for a moment, then frowned.
The others were busy examining their fresh specimen and noticed nothing unusual. Only Peter, who knew Schiller well, immediately put down what he was doing and looked at him worriedly. "Doctor, what's wrong? Are you feeling unwell somewhere?"
Schiller gave a light cough and smiled. "No, it's nothing. Didn't I drag this Zerg emperor's soul
