When Sif arrived, Thor was standing in front of the ice hole, intently watching the fish bite while chatting with Nick about motorcycles. When he saw Sif approaching, he hurriedly stretched out an arm and pulled his wife in front of him.

Sif was dressed somewhat like Thor. Underneath, she wore a long, thick sweater that nearly reached her knees, washed jeans, and a leather jacket with a thick fur collar. She had no gloves on, but wore a pair of tall boots suitable for wading.

She was only slightly shorter than Thor, taller than both Steve and Nick, with a remarkably sturdy build that made her look very strong. Her thick black hair was tied into a high ponytail behind her head, and she wore a Yankees baseball cap.

"You look fantastic, Sif. I still remember when you first appeared on Earth wearing full Asgard armor. You scared quite a few people."

Sif rolled her eyes slightly and said, "But that certainly didn't include you, Captain America. Humans can accept all you heroes in skintight suits, but they can't accept traditional Asgard attire?"

"It's precisely because they accept your traditional Asgard attire so readily that S.H.I.E.L.D. asks you not to wear your own clothes." Nick let out an affected sigh. "Didn't some kid mistake you for performers in a parade last time? He ran over to play with you and nearly got an elbow to the face hard enough to break a bone."

"That's because you keep stuffing Viking Pirates into your parade floats. We haven't even charged you licensing fees."

"Don't be ridiculous, Thor. You're not the only Vikings, and you're not even the only pirates." Steve shrugged.
