Thor and Sif, having finished buying fishing gear at the tackle Shop, spotted Loki and Spider-Gwen chatting as they pushed a shopping cart. Thor looked somewhat surprised. He had not thought Loki could hold a conversation with anyone right now, yet she was not only talking with Spider-Gwen, but getting along quite well with her.
Their personalities could be called complete opposites. Loki appeared rather rebellious in Asgard, but that was only because her innate circumstances differed from those of most Asgardians. In truth, her thinking was still fairly conservative, especially compared with Spider-Gwen, a typical white American girl.
How could Spider-Gwen's personality be described? Simply put, she was the blonde girl from a standard American high school TV drama who always happened to show up at every event and became the center of attention through her bold remarks and rebellious personality.
Unlike the Gwen of this world, she was not a well-behaved girl who devoted herself to studying. Spider-Gwen had a wide range of hobbies: anime, dancing, and rock music. She had a whole room of collectibles at home, could dance Latin and cha-cha, had played rock and done rap, and had even been a drummer in an avant-garde band.
In short, whether before or after becoming Spider-Man, her private life could hardly be called simple. She possessed the wildness and liberalism distinctive to American Comics, along with a somewhat decadent punk streak. She was drawn to death and mysticism and often entertained pessimistic philosophical thoughts.
Clearly, Loki's little bit of rebellion was nothing compared to that of a rock-punk girl. Spider-Gwen often made startling remarks that left even Loki dumbfounded.
By the time Thor and Sif found them, they had already gotten quite deep into a discussion of gender, death, and nihilism. Thor had no choice but to
