It turned out that Doomsday's Evolutionary Ability was not limited to raw power. Her constantly active passive ability allowed her to absorb the talents of those around her like a sponge soaking up water.
Since they both enjoyed video games, Helen often visited Schiller's sanatorium and clinic in her spare time, playing with all kinds of Spider-Men and Yellow Mice. After spending so much time with Schiller, she had absorbed quite a bit of talent for shearing wool as well.
Next, Helen showed Strange how to shear Demon Gods for food with maximum efficiency.
She set up two different portals in two different rooms, intending to prey on the weak while yielding to the strong. One portal belonged to the Scholarly faction. Simply put, after summoning Demon Gods that could not be destroyed or completely devoured, they would sit down and discuss terms.
The terms of the deal were easy enough. The key was to tamper with the rules and contracts. Though stupid Demon Gods were rare, fooling even one of them meant profit.
Those who could not be fooled could pay in installments. Delay payment whenever possible, and once they became strong enough, simply refuse to pay. Anyone who came knocking would get a brutal beating.
The Martial faction portal was much simpler. It mainly selected Demon Gods unrelated to rules and incapable of affecting the Cosmic structure. But unlike Strange, Helen did not swallow everything on the other side in one gulp. Whatever reached through, she cut off. If the rest ran away, then they ran away. There was no need to eat it all at once.
Helen earnestly explained to Strange, "Even my digestive capacity is limited. If I eat too much at once, I have to focus entirely on digestion, and that time is completely wasted."
