"Are you a Mutant?" Ultimate Iron Man asked.
"I am, but not only that." Schiller gently shook his head and explained, "My Mutant ability has nothing to do with my precognitive ability. The leaders of the Mutants don't know much about that either."
"You told them?"
"My abilities share similarities with both Professor X and Magneto's. I can sense the future and manipulate molecules."
Ultimate Iron Man's gaze grew increasingly fervent. "So you're basically a combination of Professor X and Magneto?"
"But I'm not as powerful as either of them individually." Schiller sighed. "I think one ability may have interfered with the other, preventing both from reaching their full potential."
"I heard you tell that alien prince that you came into space this time to find your younger brother?" Ultimate Iron Man asked.
Schiller rested both hands on the chair's armrests and nodded. He continued, "He has the same Mutant ability as I do, but he cannot foresee the future. As a result, he is far more powerful at manipulating molecules."
"I believe he could help with the current situation." Schiller frowned slightly, his expression grave. "Breaking objects down into molecules or reconstructing them from molecules can accomplish many astonishing things."
Schiller did not need to explain it. As a scientist, Ultimate Iron Man understood better than anyone what molecular-level manipulation meant. At the same time, he inferred that Schiller's abilities in this regard likely came with many limitations. Otherwise, he would not have needed Ultimate Iron Man to build a cosmic propulsion engine.
Sure enough, Schiller said, "I can manipulate molecules to a limited extent as well, but only for reassembly and repair. I cannot directly break down objects, nor can I create things from nothing."
Ultimate Iron Man nodded. If that was the case, it was merely a
