After confirming the identities of the Hunter and the Priest, Schiller obtained the map visible only to Priests. It was an extremely detailed terrain map depicting a bustling commercial street.

It was called a terrain map because it was a 3D map, a translucent image that appeared directly before Schiller's eyes. He only had to focus to see it, while no one else could.

Compared with Schiller, Stark's safety was more concerning. Fortunately, this was not a barren wilderness but a thriving city. Once he discovered that its civilization was comparable to, or even more advanced than, humanity's, Stark was confident he could build a useful suit of armor here.

So his destination was the factory district, but it was far away. He planned to find a car first and see whether he could get it running. There was a parking lot nearby, so they parted ways beneath the traffic light at their spawn point.

The map only marked the location of the commercial district it displayed. Luckily, there was a tall building nearby, and Schiller planned to climb it first to survey the surrounding terrain.

The inside of the building was thick with dangerous fog, and Schiller had no intention of entering. However, it had the advantage of an external staircase that led up to around the ninth or tenth floor.

Schiller did not hesitate. He quickly headed up the stairs and soon reached the sixth floor, where he could look into the distance.

As far as the eye could see, the entire city was already in ruins. But Schiller quickly noticed that its roads were extremely narrow, even narrower than those in ancient European cities. Perhaps they had not been built for cars at all, resembling sidewalks or bicycle lanes instead.
