Peter quickly arrived at a street beside the abandoned junkyard where Kevin was staying. This had once been an area packed with small storage facilities, but now one warehouse unit after another had been converted into homes for vagrants. It looked exactly like the Slums of Mexico.
It was low-built and cramped, and the street seemed longer than Peter remembered. When he went around the back of the small warehouses, he discovered that it appeared to have been stitched onto a street in Gotham. That place was also a slum, making the two look like one whole neighborhood.
Peter spotted the plump figure of Penguin through a gap between the buildings. He was no longer dressed in a suit and tie. Rarely, he wore a hoodie and baggy wide-legged pants, looking no different from the homeless people around him.
Though Peter had no idea how Bruce had deduced Penguin's location from a criminal who had stolen a police officer's gun, he had indeed found his target.
