After dinner, Schiller drove Jason and Tim out of the house. They shouted and argued inside for quite a while, insisting they were good at cleaning, but for the sake of his hearing, Schiller threw them both out anyway.
Aisha was allowed to stay because the moose meat in the refrigerator needed to go somewhere. He went to the backyard, sorted through the barbecue parts, assembled the already very simple grill, and let Aisha grill meat in the backyard by herself.
Schiller organized things in the front hall. He had indeed never done much of this sort of work, but he had plenty of examples to follow. When Merkel dealt with chaos, he tended to first gather everything that was out of place and set it aside, clean all the immovable things like the floors and walls, then slowly sort through what he had collected. Anything unbroken went back where it belonged; anything damaged was sent for repairs or simply thrown away.
Schiller tried that method as well. He gathered all the decorations and sculptures that had fallen to the floor and piled them in the dining room, then took out a broom and a small vacuum cleaner to clean the living room floor.
Fortunately, Raven's burst of power inside the house had not been too strong. It was more or less like setting off a firecracker in the living room. It had merely blasted some things onto the floor, leaving black ash, traces of the explosion, and scratches from falling objects.
Schiller swept away the fragments of shattered items and vacuumed up the dust, but some strange marks still remained on the floor. It looked like he would have to use a mop.
Merkel hardly ever used a mop, because the manor's building materials were too natural and many
