Before Stark had even fully stepped into Doctor Schiller's office at Arkham Asylum, he saw a girl with loose red hair and a white hoodie busying herself at the desk.
Hearing footsteps, the girl said without turning around, "Doctor Schiller, I have to say, your gardening skills are just as terrible as that other you and his butler's. I have no idea how you managed to kill a cactus..."
She turned around, and Stark was certain now. She had to be a college student who had stayed up late rushing to meet a deadline, and she was also their target for the day, because the other women qualified to enter this asylum generally would not be dressed like this.
"Oh, you're... you're..." The girl stammered for a while before finally stepping forward to shake his hand. "Hello, I'm Pamela Isley. You're that Iron Man, right?"
"I remember we met at a music festival."
"Sorry, I've stayed up for three nights straight. My memory's gotten really bad." Pamela scratched her head until she had scratched a peak into the top of her thick hair.
Schiller walked over, smoothed her hair down, and said, "Are you serious? Three nights without sleep?"
Pamela looked at him with utter resentment. "Who do you think I stayed up three nights for? Harley and I were already busy with the debt collection company, and you insisted on assigning urgent work."
"Can't be helped. Our universe doesn't have an Economic Crisis. Don't you want the pay?"
"It's because I want the pay that I'm this exhausted." Pamela sighed and pulled a potted plant out from beneath the desk.
"Isn't that saffron?" Stark narrowed his eyes at the obviously immature plant. It had not bloomed yet, and the upper half was only a small flower bud.
"After researching
