That Iron Man came from a special universe: the comic Venom: The End. Yes, he had not come from an Iron Man solo series, but had appeared in a Venom story.
The story was essentially Venom fighting robots. The robots had a collective consciousness called the Will of the Gods Collective, and one of its subunits, Iron Man, was known as Mechanical Overlord Iron Man. Some also called him Will of the Gods Iron Man. He could be considered the strongest Iron Man in the Multiverse.
However, Iron Man fans did not always recognize him as an Iron Man, because he was ultimately just an AI, not the real Tony Stark. Even so, his power could not be denied.
AI Iron Man had created a weapon capable of dismantling the mathematics of the universe, called Computational Element. Thus, this Iron Man was better known as Computational Element Iron Man. But Computational Element was not his codename; it was a mathematical-law weapon he had created.
So far, the character's greatest feat was probably instantly killing the M-bodies of numerous abstract entities, including the Living Tribunal. While using the Living Tribunal as fodder was supposedly a mark of omniversal power, that had relied on the collective consciousness of the Will of the Gods Collective. At present, a single AI Iron Man was probably above the Multiverse.
The reason this was not a secret was that ever since Nick had taken over the Time Variance Authority, its main work had no longer been arresting time criminals, but learning about the conditions of superheroes across different universes through the Time
