Sure enough, it was here. Jerome's eyes lit up, but Peter was somewhat puzzled. He knew the madman before him was hiding something from him, yet the sudden appearance of such a vast ancient city still gave him quite a fright.

"About twenty years ago, the Four Great Families worked together to repair Gotham's sewer system. Yet within the sewers, they discovered a secret ruin and countless cultists hidden inside it."
"Could they have caused the city's mutation?" Peter asked.
