"I'm curious." Schiller looked at Dick in front of him. "Can you bite Superman?"
"Am I crazy?" Dick retorted. "How is biting him any different from biting the sun directly?"
Schiller and Batman were both rendered speechless. Then Dick added quietly, "Even taking a thousand steps back, I can't bite through his skin!"
Batman nodded. "I once tested Superman. Humans cannot break through his skin's defenses using ordinary physical means. Let alone teeth—even diamond drill bits won't work."
"Then Superman is an obstacle vampires can't overcome," Dick said.
"There are too many obstacles vampires can't overcome." Schiller smiled. "Do you think Wonder Woman, with her divine body, is easy to handle? Is Green Lantern, who can wield Green Lantern energy, easy to deal with? What about the mind-reading Martian Hunter? Or Steel Bone, with his body of copper and iron? Which one of them can vampires handle?"
"They aren't without weaknesses." Batman looked somewhat concerned. "Superman becomes very weak when he encounters Kryptonite. Although his skin defenses might not necessarily be breached, there is at least some chance. Once Wonder Woman is bound by the Lasso of Truth, she has few means of resistance. The Green Lantern ring can run out of power. Martian Hunter's telepathy can be blocked by a Brainwave Shield. Steel Bone can be invaded through electronic viruses."
Schiller was fine, but the look Dick gave Batman was rather strange. You're a vampire, I'm a vampire—what exactly are you holding back for?
"The question is, which one would they deal with first?" Schiller's expression remained relaxed. "He can't possibly pinpoint the exact moment when the Green Lantern ring runs out of power, stuff Kryptonite into Superman's arms, bind Wonder Woman with the Lasso of Truth, activate the Brainwave Shield and the electronic virus at the same time,
