"What point in time are we going back to?" Constantine looked at the portal Doctor Fate had created, then turned to Schiller and asked, "If it's The Flash, do we need to travel back to before he became a vampire? I heard he used to be a good guy."
"And..." Constantine said hesitantly, "I have to warn you, the Speed Force is something even mages can't make sense of. If you intend to face The Flash head-on, we may not have much chance of winning."
"We won't be facing him head-on," Schiller said. "The me inside Zan's body will put enough pressure on him."
"You mean..."
"What's the most effective way to use time travel against an enemy?"
Constantine immediately understood. "Of course, go back to when he was a baby and punch him in the face. I get it. The other you will tell The Flash that we can travel through time too, and then he'll realize we might go back to when he was an infant and completely defenseless."
"To stop his past self from being killed, he'll have to immediately travel back to protect himself. That way, he won't run into us as we go to another point in time. It's a diversion."
"Exactly." Schiller nodded. "Meanwhile, we'll find someone who can actually deal with him."
"His pre-vampire self?"
"That's right." Schiller laid out his plan. "We can't contact the Justice League right now, but there are only so many answers. If The Flash is the traitor, then we'll use his past self against him. If someone else is the traitor, then past Flash and present Flash joining forces can handle anyone."
Constantine nodded to show he understood, but then he asked, "You came to me just to find a way to travel through time?"
