Cobblepot nodded. "I've actually been trying to comfort him all along, but the results haven't been very noticeable. His condition gets better and worse. When he's doing well, I think he's a normal person, but when it gets bad, he's a little crazy. My mother and I both hope he can get better."
The two left the office and walked down the hall together. Cobblepot said, "Williams came to Gotham fairly early. You could say he was among the first people to take the plunge."
"Before the music festival?"
"Actually, it was when the gangs had just begun transforming." Cobblepot said, "He's a very capable businessman. He has a sharp eye and knows how to seize opportunities. Quite a few people who accepted his investments or partnered with him made fortunes."

Cobblepot slowly shook his head, but Schiller was not surprised. Even now, Wardle could not be considered a particularly famous major company.

"No, you should stay with your mother." Schiller stopped at an intersection in the corridor and said, "Pamela came into an unexpected windfall. She invested at least four million dollars in Roy.
