Peter's skill was pretty ridiculous too. He could directly use spider silk to stick a character and drag them to the center of the field. As long as that character remained there, anyone wanting to attack the player directly facing them had to attack that character first. It was basically a taunt.
For example, Schiller and Stark were currently facing each other. If Schiller wanted to attack one of Stark's characters, he had to attack Venom first. But if Schiller wanted to attack Nick, who was seated to his left, that was fine.
Still, the skill was not completely absurd. Once the character dragged to the center had all their health depleted, they would enter a face-down state and revive two rounds later with full health and status.
But it still gave Schiller a huge headache. He wanted to hit Stark first!
Iron Man's faction and the Mutant faction were both clearly late-game factions. Leaving aside how the two old men in the Mutant faction could strengthen each other, the mech suits Iron Man could craft later on had absurd stats. And Schiller could not summon The Ancient One. What was he supposed to use to fight Stark then?
Yet Peter had used one blast of spider silk to bring in a roadblock. Now there was no way to attack Stark at all.
Stark was shouting too. "Peter, Greed's health is so low right now. Without Venom, he'd be off the field already. Why are you blocking me?"
Peter smiled, then said to Schiller, "Doctor, looking at the situation on the field, how about the two of us form an alliance?"
Nick, sitting nearby, widened his eye. Good kid, you really had improved!
The current situation was obvious: Peter had shot Schiller down to half health.
Stark knew Schiller would
