"Very balanced," the Beyonder replied. "None of your stats are particularly low, though your Inspiration is a bit high."

"Is high Inspiration bad?"

"It means you'll notice anomalies more easily, which will make your Mental Health Value drop faster. The good news is that your Willpower is also high, giving you a higher Mental Health Value cap. It barely counts as balanced."

"How many points do I have to allocate?"

"Thirty."

Schiller repeated the number to himself and did the math. It was not much, since there were ten attributes in total, meaning he could only add an average of three points to each.

Naturally, he could not distribute them so evenly. The first stat he was dissatisfied with was Stamina. Clergymen probably did not have the stamina of manual laborers, but was three not a little too low?

Then there was Luck, the other lowest stat. He had indeed never been very lucky, but if he had come all the way to a Dungeon and was still unlucky, would that not mean he had come for nothing?

Schiller thought for a moment. He first raised Stamina to seven and Size to six. Considering there might be combat, he raised both Strength and Intelligence to ten, leaving him with thirteen attribute points.

Schiller was not quite sure what Appearance was useful for. He supposed there might be segments requiring seduction, but he was not Natasha. No matter how high his Appearance was, he would not know any of those agent tricks, so he only added one point, bringing it to six.

Dexterity should be rather important, Schiller thought, because searching for clues would very likely require Dexterity checks. Lockpicking was also an extremely important skill, so he raised Dexterity to nine.
