Bruce stared blankly at the fallen Pale Rider.
"Did you poison him?!"
"I'm not that evil." Schiller lifted Pale Rider onto the sofa and continued, "Half the capsules contained Gray Mist."
"And that's not evil??!"
"This is just an ordinary medical examination." Schiller completely ignored Bruce. He sat Pale Rider on the sofa and stuffed a throw pillow into his arms so he would not topple over.
Then he asked Gray Mist in his mind, "Did you see how the drug took effect? Was there anything unusual about it?"
"It appears to be a specialized drug for schizophrenic symptoms," Gray Mist said. "But its treatment efficiency is very low, and resistance develops far too quickly. The person who made it probably did not understand pharmacology."
"Just as expected. Can you replicate it?"
"Yes, but it will take some time, and I need some special ingredients. Can you find the psychiatric hospital's drug storage room?"
Schiller looked up and asked Bruce the same question. Bruce froze for a moment, then said, "I have already taken complete control of Arkham Asylum. There are signs that its drug storage room was broken into. I suspect Harley; she may have mixed the medication there."
"I'll need to go there later, but before that, I need to speak with an important figure."
"An important figure? Who?"
"Joker." Schiller rose from the sofa and said, "But this is not a good place for a conversation. Get a car. We're going to Arkham Asylum."
About twenty minutes later, Bruce supported Pale Rider and placed him in a chair in the treatment room, then put him in a straitjacket. Schiller personally checked the straps. Once he confirmed everything was secure, he said to Gray Mist, "Suppress the drug's effects for now. I need to speak to Joker."
