In S.H.I.E.L.D.'s underground experimental base, a brown-haired, green-eyed man stepped forward and shook Schiller's hand. "Long time no see, Schiller. After you left the University of California, there was no word from you. I never expected we'd meet here."

"It has been a long time. After I transferred to Harvard, I thought you'd leave the University of California soon too. I didn't expect you'd stay there for so long. How have you been lately, Bruce?" Schiller smiled and shook Bruce Banner's hand.

Schiller's identity in Marvel had once taught at the University of California. Back then, he and Banner had been colleagues, but Schiller had only stayed there briefly before leaving, while Bruce Banner was still a professor at the University of California.

"Not bad. It's just that after you left, I had to pay for every counseling session." Banner smiled and adjusted his glasses.

There were actually more than just the two of them in the room. Stark was standing nearby as well, but he was busy with his own work, and Schiller and Banner treated him as though he did not exist.

After Schiller stepped aside to let Banner enter the laboratory, Banner glanced at Stark, rolled his eyes slightly, then turned and walked toward the lab bench.

Schiller walked over to him, glanced back at Stark, and asked, "You two don't get along?"

"You should ask who gets along with Stark. At that global forum last time, he stood up there talking nonstop for three and a half hours, tearing every existing physics theory to shreds..." Banner adjusted his glasses again. He did not lower his voice, so Stark heard every word clearly.

Stark let out a short snort through his nose, grabbed a stack of documents, and strode out of the laboratory. Banner, however, looked puzzled
