"Alright, this meeting is about the Bronx..." Stark sat in the Avengers base, looking at the people on either side. Nearly all the Avengers were present, but there had never been many Avengers in this universe, so the conference room still felt rather empty.
"I've already spoken with the New Warriors." Captain America Steve was the first to speak. "They'll increase their patrols and do everything they can to prevent serious crimes."
"Does a Minotaur attack count as a serious crime?" Stark asked.
"Of course it does," Steve replied. "But they hadn't returned from Battleworld that day. They all came back this morning. If something like this happens again, they'll reach the scene immediately."
"I'm not talking about fighting the monster. I'm talking about where it happened," Stark said.
"You mean the Black American protests?" Natasha spoke up. "I asked Falcon what he thought. His view was fairly rational, but he also told me we can't expect everyone to be that rational."
"What about Black Panther?" Hawkeye turned and asked.
"They've never involved themselves in the struggles of Black Americans," Steve said, tilting his head slightly. "The reasons are complicated, but I can understand him."
"Do you suspect someone deliberately stirred up this conflict?" Doctor Banner looked at Stark and asked. He was also an Avenger, and Connors and Doctor Otto had joined as well, but Otto had gone on vacation and was absent this time.
Stark nodded and explained Miles's discovery. It was already enough to count as irrefutable evidence, but he also emphasized the abnormalities surrounding the two Ghost Riders.
At the mention of magic, everyone grew tense. Not a single person present truly understood magic, not even Stark. The way he used magic differed completely from that of mages; he treated magical energy more as a simple
