He created an extremely complex robot logic network, adaptively adjusted different models of robots based on that network, and then integrated them into the buildings, turning them into unified machinery. That solved troublesome issues like robot energy supplies, damage, repairs, and so on.
Next came nanotech folding and deployment. Stark had studied the Nano-Armor Schiller had given him inside and out. Although he could not yet achieve that level of compression, he could already fold most large-scale machinery down to loads transport robots could carry.
What came next was even simpler. A mage opened a portal, transport robots carried things through, and Stark controlled everything from this side using a massive screen.
The actual process was much like playing certain factory-building games: find mineral deposits, place mining machines, place smelters, place assemblers, then set up conveyor lines, form a factory, optimize efficiency...
With the technology to fold large machinery, they could do exactly what was done in games. Stark tapped the screen on Earth, the construction robots on Mercury moved into position, and a huge machine unfolded directly into place.
Of course, since the technology was not yet fully mature, there was a risk of explosions during deployment. It could not be used on Earth itself, but Mercury did not matter. If it blew up, they could just build
