Another morning in New York. Wanda got up early, showered first, then leaned lazily against the bathroom door while blow-drying her hair. By the time it was mostly dry, Jarvis was up too. The two of them played with the children for a while, then Jarvis went to scoop the cat litter while Wanda refilled the cat food and headed to the kitchen to make simple sandwiches for them. She wrapped them in paper, cut them in half, put one half in her own bag and the other in Jarvis's. Jarvis carried the children to the car, and Wanda drove them toward their respective workplaces.
She dropped Jarvis and the children off at Stark Tower first, then drove herself to Presbyterian Hospital. Once inside, she pulled out her sandwich and ate as she briskly made her way to the emergency department.
