While the personality traits in the High Tower were deep in heated discussion, Pride frowned and said, "Main Universe Batman sent me a message. The analysis results for that thing Laughing Man made are out. I may need to go over there."
Before long, Pride used his own body to travel to the Main Universe through the Battle World System and arrived at Main Universe Batman's Batcave. The two of them looked at the compositional analysis displayed on the machine and fell silent.
"I don't know why he was so certain his experiment had succeeded," Batman said after a moment of silence. "At least so far, I haven't seen anything unusual in these ingredients."
"He put in an especially large amount of stimulants. Does that count as unusual?" Schiller sighed. "He might as well say he concocted a super-long-lasting stimulant and wanted to drive Batman insane through excessive excitement."
Batman did not know what to say either. He stared at the analysis results on the machine again and again. There were no mysterious ingredients in it. Just as Schiller had said, it was loaded with excitatory neurotransmitters, with every kind of stimulant dumped in all at once. If an ordinary person took it, even if they were not poisoned by those random ingredients, they could still suffer seizures from overstimulation or develop psychological problems from excessive excitement.
But Schiller's mind and nervous system functioned somewhat differently from ordinary people's, especially his mind. The manic excitement brought on by stimulants would make the pathological personality traits excessively active. Although the pathological traits were closely linked, they normally would not all come out at once. But under the drug's stimulation, every pathological trait had mobilized this time, launching into a collective carnival.
"It's also possible that the criminals' genes only target Batman,"
