Bruce, like Lego Batman, shot up to the Chandelier with a whoosh. But unlike Lego Batman, he was not so small and nimble. He was still a normally built adult, after all. He slammed headfirst into the Chandelier and knocked it straight down.

The massive Chandelier, studded with magical candles, was nearly three meters across. It was quite heavy and covered in sharp decorations. The castle ceilings were exceptionally high too; falling from five or six meters up, it was practically the perfect murder weapon.

The Batmen ran incredibly fast, vanishing with a whoosh. So Schiller could only watch helplessly as the enormous Chandelier crashed toward him. Everyone had run off, leaving him without even a human shield. He could only turn into Gray Mist to evade it.

When he landed again, he found several Batmen looking at him strangely. Only then did Schiller remember that most of them did not know he had superpowers.

Schiller did not expect them to distinguish between a Symbiote and superpowers anyway. But even for a Symbiote, Gray Mist looked rather sinister. What kind of decent person turned into a cloud of gray fog?

But Schiller had no desire to explain himself now. With a crash, the enormous Chandelier smashed into the floor of the school infirmary ward, destroying two beds in the middle along with the floor beneath them. Bruce lay nearby. Though the holy light protecting him had kept him from serious injury, he had clearly suffered severe psychological trauma.

"All right. The injured stay. Everyone else, get out!" Schiller drove everyone else away, including Mephisto. Letting him leave with Batman was not a good idea, but keeping him here would only further scramble Bruce's mind.
