Owlman sensed Schiller's cold attitude, and his heart sank. He warned himself not to be hasty, so he said nothing, merely nodded, and went to the ward next door.

Schiller found it rather strange. This guy clearly had something on his mind and had come specifically for him, yet he had been chased off so easily. Was there really a Batman in the Multiverse with such thin skin?

Schiller could not be bothered with him. He still had a huge pile of lines to memorize. Just as he was about to focus on them again, Arkham Batman pushed open the door upstairs and came out.

"I have something to do, so I'll be leaving first, Doctor." Arkham Batman left the office.

Schiller shook his head helplessly and ignored him. However, Owlman in the neighboring ward saw Arkham Batman come out of the office and immediately became nervous.

His guess had been right. That guy must have been trying to win Schiller over and had said something to him, otherwise Schiller would not have treated him with such disdain. Thinking of the progress Main Universe Batman had made, he could no longer sit still.
