Main Universe Batman was holding a thick stack of documents. They contained compiled reports of body thefts across the Multiverse. So far, it appeared that nearly every Ultron in the Multiverse had seized a body, and some of them had already clashed, with quite a few being destroyed.
This was one of the few pieces of good news so far. If an Ultron from one universe invaded another, then besides eliminating the local Ultron bodies, it would also try to wipe them out online. They understood themselves best, so naturally they had ways to hunt down their own kind, even erasing most of their backups.
Even if they could not be completely eliminated, they could at least be kept too busy to interfere with Batman's work. That would allow Batman to establish the magical defense network more smoothly. But it also gave Main Universe Batman a deeper concern: if Ultron kept fighting like this, something was bound to go wrong eventually.
The submitted eyewitness reports showed that several exceptionally powerful Ultrons had emerged. Some had powerful software, while others had found powerful bodies. Their battles created enormous disturbances and inevitably damaged the local universes. Some Batmen could not stop them at all and could only trail behind them, cleaning up the mess.
What quietly worried Main Universe Batman was that the mysterious magical creation known as "the Lover" had yet to appear. It was difficult to determine whether she was friend or foe, and no one knew where she would lead Ultron.
Before Main Universe Batman could set down the documents in his hands, a Batman hurried in. He had a sturdy build, sharply defined muscles, deep-set features, and a perpetually pursed mouth that gave him an air of stern compassion. He also looked unlike most Batmen.
Generally speaking, Bruce
