"Oh, Captain America. I like that guy." Adventure Batman watched the projection with his arms folded. "He was a World War II veteran who once thwarted an evil organization serving the Axis powers, then fell beneath the ice and was frozen away. None of his abilities stand out, but he's extremely well-rounded. Especially that shield of his—it seems like nothing can break it."
"We need to deal with his shield first," Arkham Batman said. "That special metal provides incredibly strong impact resistance. If we can't separate the man from the shield, we won't beat him even if we fight for a year. But without it, his combat power drops dramatically."
"What properties does that special metal have? Is it just highly impact-resistant? Could we pull it over with a magnet or something?"
"That would probably require a very large magnet," Main Universe Batman said tactfully. "Maybe one only Magneto on the other side could make."
"We can make him give up the shield voluntarily," Batwoman said. "As far as I know, he has a habit of throwing it to attack people. We can first lure him into attacking something, then take his shield while he has the chance."
"That's not a bad idea. Maybe we can pretend to attack his teammates, forcing him to go support them, and take his shield while he's occupied."
"What if he has another shield?"
"That thing isn't light. He's strong, but carrying too many would still be a burden. I'm more inclined to think he doesn't have a spare. But if he does, we can use the same trick again. Even if he's wary of it, he'll still have no choice but to save them."
"Nobility is the epitaph of the noble," one Batman sighed.
"Iron Man. I prefer Iron Man," Mechanical Batman said.
