"I need you to deliver a message," Strange said. "The Guardians of the Galaxy are our people. They've been captured, and we have to rescue them. But I'm worried Batman may have set a trap for us. I want them to be prepared. Can you do it?"
"Why not do it yourself? You're a lot healthier than I am."
"I'd be detected," Strange said. "The magical energy I use is different from yours, and Darkseid has strong control over Apocalypse's Domain. To send a message that far, the energy fluctuations could draw Darkseid's attention. I don't want to take that risk. But if you do it, it probably won't attract notice."
Constantine paused where he stood, then reached up and touched his chest. "I really do feel much better. And I can't hear them talking in my ears anymore."

Strange imagined the scene and felt that if he were Constantine, he would have gone insane long ago. The power in Constantine's universe apparently came with extremely severe restrictions. Humans were almost completely incapable of using it directly, or they would suffer such side effects.
