Sitting in the spaceship seat, Constantine felt sleepy for the first time in ages. He did not know whether the medicine had worn off, whether the demon called Mephisto had done something else to him, or whether he simply was not suited to interstellar travel. In any case, he fell asleep and had a very chaotic dream.
He arrived in Hell once more, walking across an endless wasteland as everything around him burned. Then a huge black claw descended from the sky and grabbed him. He flew higher and higher, and amid the swirling clouds, he saw Satan's palace open its gates for him. That evil demon was waiting at the entrance.
Constantine landed, but just as he looked at Satan and tried to speak, he jolted awake. He felt his body trembling. Instinctively, he turned to look out the window, only to find the landing site utterly desolate. Amid the swirling dust, the spaceship touched down.
In the cockpit, Agent was putting on his coat. Constantine shook his head to clear it. He put on his own coat, picked up his briefcase, and headed for the hatch.
