"That guy caused trouble again?" Joker-man asked without even looking up as he lit his cigarette. "He really was good at screwing everything up."
"There's an emergency now. I can't let him keep ruining my plans. Do you need assistance?"
"No. Just give me a tracking device."
Main Universe Batman picked up a tracker from nearby and said, "His counter-surveillance skills are excellent. He might detect an ordinary tracker. This one is more concealed, but its drawback is that it only reports his position once an hour."
"That's enough." Joker-man took the tracker and left. Main Universe Batman did not even have time to ask whether he wanted equipment or a Batmobile. But then he thought about it—he was a proper police officer, officially employed, the kind who would even receive a death benefit if he died. He could drive a police car to and from work, so why would he need a modified vehicle?
