When Main Universe Batman came out, Jason glanced at him and said, "Batman, what kind of burger do you want? We've got beef and cheese, pork, fried chicken thigh, and vegetarian burgers."

"I'll have a beef and cheese one," Main Universe Batman said. "Double patties, extra lettuce. No peppers or onions."

"Yeah!" Pamela cheered, winking at Tim.

"Oh, no." Tim's features twisted up as he said, "Why do you all like cheese so much? There's already butter on the buns when they're toasted. Doesn't it get disgustingly rich?"

"My food choices usually depend on my caloric needs. I'm going to the lab this afternoon for research, so I need high-energy food to keep me going until tonight," Main Universe Batman explained patiently.

Then he added, "Tim, I heard you're going to Europe to study abroad. Have you prepared your application materials?"

Tim paused, then said, "Not really. Jason, how did you apply back then?"

"That depends on what major you're applying for. First, you need proof of your university degree, then your college transcripts, recommendation letters from professors, and your personal identification documents. That's about it."

"That's easy." Tim waved a hand. "I'll get it done in a bit."

"I heard you're considering an art program," Main Universe Batman said again. "Most European universities require applicants to art programs to prepare a portfolio. Do you have one ready?"

This time, Tim was genuinely stunned. "I need a portfolio too? But my undergraduate major wasn't art. Is it mandatory?"

"If you have a particularly influential recommendation letter, perhaps not," Main Universe Batman said. "Do you know any professors in Gotham University's art department?"

"Uh, no. Even if I did, they probably wouldn't write me a recommendation letter. I didn't attend their school for my undergraduate degree." Tim scratched his head. "So
