Stark and Steve advanced through the freezing wind and white fog. Stark watched helplessly as his health bar continued to drop. He had no choice. He had spawned in the middle of nowhere, with the nearest building more than ten tiles away. It would take three turns to get there.
By the time Stark staggered to the house ahead, he had already lost a third of his health. He pushed open the door, sighed in relief at the sight of the stove, and muttered, "The Administrator has some humanity after all."
"I think they prepared this specifically for you," Steve said. "After all, you might be the only one among us who's particularly afraid of the cold."
"Who says that? I refuse to believe everyone participating this time is a Superpower User." Though he said that, Stark hurried over to the stove, rubbing his hands as he warmed himself. The "Cold" status on his panel quickly vanished and was replaced by "Warmth." As soon as the green icon appeared, his health began to slowly recover.
After sitting beside the stove for a while, Stark began searching the cabin. It seemed to be a hunter's lodge, perhaps an Inuit people's house. Stark found two cans of food, a fur scarf, and some charcoal.
The canned food could restore health, the fur scarf could ward off the cold, and the charcoal could be lit while moving to restore temperature. Moreover, each drawer or chest they searched yielded one or two parts.
"That's way too little," Stark complained. "It takes sixty parts for me to build a basic mech. How long am I supposed to search before I find that many parts?"
