While the agent went to search the back, the other agents had already pinned Damian down. Diana had wanted to warn them that he might be dangerous, but these agents seemed exceptionally fearless. At Schiller's command, they moved without a moment's delay and pinned Damian to the ground.

Diana had not expected Damian to put up no real resistance, nor did he hurt the agents as he had hurt her. He merely struggled and shouted, "The Justice League and the president! You've been deceiving the public all along! You damned bastards!!!"

Honestly, even though the little guy had injured her just moments ago, Diana could not help thinking that he was absolutely right. He had become the righteous, kind-hearted resistance fighter, while her side had become the shadowy masterminds spinning a web of conspiracies.
