"Hey!" Schiller shouted, deeply displeased. What did he mean, closing the coffin lid? They had fought their way all the way to the final stage, and now he was telling him the final boss was not coming out? Reality did not come with a refund button!
Schiller took two steps back and held out a hand toward Deathstroke. "Sword."
Deathstroke was a little baffled. After all those shitty puzzles earlier, his brain had mostly stopped turning, so he simply handed the greatsword to Schiller.
Schiller took the greatsword and jumped onto the coffin. He thrust the tip into the place where the coffin had opened just now and wrenched it outward. After prying open a crack, he tossed the greatsword aside, grabbed the gap with his hands, and pulled the coffin lid outward.
Of course, he could not pull it open, but it was not the kind of motionless where some mechanism was jammed. Someone inside was clearly wrestling against him. It could move, but only a tiny bit.
"What are you doing?" A slightly helpless voice came from inside the coffin. "Why was it you who found me? What is Greed doing?"
"Why can't I be the one who found you?" Schiller was confused too. "If not me, then who?"
"Batman, obviously," the other party said in a lowered voice. "Or Superman. Failing that, it should at least be some other member of the Justice League. What do you even do?"
"Well, isn't that a coincidence? The Justice League hired me. Come out!" Schiller yanked hard again.
"No. There's supposed to be a segment in the middle where I was sealed away for too long, lost my sanity, went mad, and fought the Justice League for three hundred rounds. You skipped the plot!" The person inside the coffin refused
