What exactly was the Origin Wall? Most of the people standing beside it had no idea. Marvel's superheroes preferred to understand it as the barrier of a single universe, because the Marvel Universe's structure was made up of countless universe bubbles. But Batman and the other superheroes from DC did not feel the universe could be described with something as simple as a sphere—the universe should not have a boundary in the first place. In that case, the Prometheus Domain where the Origin Wall stood looked more like some special region within the universe.

But no matter how they understood it, they all knew how important this wall was. Not through Cosmic Construction Theory, but through Lucifer's expression at that moment.

Lucifer could absolutely be described as aghast. He stared fixedly at that hole, even unsure for a moment how to react.

But in a sense, this hole saved him right then. If not for it, he would have had to face the fact of Anatoly's return. And the disaster before him allowed him to avoid that for a while.

Actually, it could not really be called avoidance. If this hole had not been punched open by Anatoly, he would absolutely have kicked that damned First Lantern out too, letting these superheroes handle the disaster of the damaged Origin Wall themselves.

But the problem was that Anatoly had made it. He had only just discovered that his old friend had returned from the dead, and that friend had already caused a colossal disaster, so much so that the matter of returning from the dead would have to wait until later to be settled, or else it would become returning to death from life all over again.

The instant the Origin Wall was damaged, countless blood-red streams of energy surged in.
