Speaking of this engineering process, the Mutants of the Central Universe had to be mentioned. Because of their unique path of development, they were better at construction than fighting—or rather, they handled both, and handled both well.
Building up the Andromeda galaxy was not something that could be done by talk alone. Even if they drove all their enemies away and had an entire galaxy to themselves, that galaxy was still in a wilderness state. During reclamation, they had to do everything themselves.
It was like farmers planting crops. Many people's impression of farming was digging a hole and burying something in the soil. What they did not know was that this was the planting process on already existing farmland. If there was no land, one had to reclaim it personally. Reclamation was exhausting and troublesome.
The process of reclaiming a galaxy was more or less the same as farming. First, choose a piece of land that looked decent and begin clearing away debris, meaning asteroids and space junk. Next came weeding, clearing out the celestial bodies this patch did not need. Then came plowing, readjusting the magnetic field and gravitational state of this region of the galaxy. After that came ridging, adjusting the planets into their expected orbital positions, changing the state of the stars, and allowing them to adapt to one another. Only then could seedlings be raised and planted, which meant building things on this patch of land.
Although it looked as if Magneto could complete this process all by himself, he was only one person, and he also had to take fighting into account. Most of the time, he simply did not have the time to do these things, so the ordinary Mutants stationed in the Andromeda galaxy did them instead.
They did not rely on
