Someone in the congressional seating shouted. An old man with a head full of white hair beside him had collapsed beneath his seat with a loud bang. Everyone around them panicked and rushed toward the elderly congressman.

The seating area descended into chaos. The presiding congressman had no choice but to slam the table and say, "An emergency has occurred! This meeting is adjourned! Adjourn immediately!"

"He's having a heart attack! Get a Doctor!"

Then Schiller's shout came from up ahead. "I'm a Doctor! I'll do it!"

"Wait!" Stark rushed over and stopped the overexcited Schiller. The two immediately began grappling on the spot.

Afraid Stark would fail to hold Schiller back and let him really rush over to hang the old congressman from a streetlamp, Steve had no choice but to grab his shield and join Stark in stopping Schiller.

"Spider-Man! Come help me! I need to get up there and save him!" Schiller shouted as he fought.

Peter had no idea what was going on. While Schiller and Stark had been arguing, he had been secretly sleeping below. Someone shouting for a Doctor had startled him awake. He thought that since someone needed a Doctor, and Schiller happened to be one, why not let him save the man?

So, hearing Schiller call for him, Peter charged right in. Stark and Steve began calling for backup as well. Just as Steve was about to throw his shield, Stark shouted, "This is Capitol Hill! You can't use superpowers here! You'll bring the building down!"
