In the corridors of Asgard Palace, a petite figure carrying a hammer strode along at a furious pace. The hem of his silk skirt billowed in the wind, and his long black hair streamed behind him. From his steps and bearing, it was obvious that he was absolutely livid.

"He looks like he's going to settle a score with someone. And he's carrying your hammer? He isn't going to get into a fight, is he?" Sif replied.
"A fight? Who is he going to fight?" Thor frowned.
Fandral, at the bottom, said, "That can't be right. Doesn't Loki hate fighting the most? Whenever we fight, he always frowns and keeps his distance."
"That's right," Volstagg said in his deep, booming voice. "Even if he wanted to fight, he should be taking a staff. Why is he carrying Thor's hammer?"
"Speaking of which..." Sif looked up at Thor and said, "You just gave Mjolnir to Loki like that?"
"He runs around the universe doing business every day. How's he supposed to protect himself without a good weapon?" Thor said righteously. He paused, then added, "Besides, I have no use for Mjolnir right now. It's a weapon meant for battle. It shouldn't be left neglected on a weapon rack."
Sif snorted. "I think Loki is going to cause a huge disaster with that sooner or later."
