A few minutes later, Constantine appeared outside Wayne Manor. Alfred, the butler, greeted him with protective gear and disinfectant spray. Holding a disinfectant sprayer, Alfred sprayed Constantine for several minutes. By the time Constantine emerged from the thick white mist, he reeked of disinfectant.
He coughed twice, waved an arm in front of himself, then entered the manor hall. He stopped about two meters away from Aisha and Dick. It was not that he wanted to stop, but Alfred had set down the disinfectant sprayer and begun wiping down his double-barreled shotgun.
Just as Constantine was about to protest Alfred's attitude, he heard Aisha sing that eerie, ethereal tune. Instantly, Constantine looked up. He extended his arms, magic glowing in both hands, and stared solemnly at the ceiling.
Bruce looked up as well, but he could see nothing. He narrowed his eyes and watched Constantine. There was a faint glow in Constantine's eyes, somewhat similar to the magical radiance in his hands.
