Generally speaking, the students who came for the second round of internships were all students who wanted to stay in Gotham for work. Otherwise, they would have found jobs in other cities long ago.
And if they wanted to work in Gotham, dealing with Mafia members was unavoidable. Academic ability was important, but they first had to learn how to handle the special patients here if they wanted to stay alive.
So there was nothing wrong with choosing Arkham Asylum as the location for the second round of internships. There were indeed not many mentally ill patients here, but the students could still learn quite a few ways to survive in Gotham.
Schiller had already spoken with every patient here. A group of students would be coming for internships soon, and if they asked questions while holding medical records, the patients only needed to answer truthfully.
As long as someone was human, they had more or less some psychological problems. There was no such thing as a completely normal mind, so even if they were not typical cases, they could still offer some experience.
Schiller had not expected to see Bruce here, because Bruce obviously could not have built a Mafia group in such a short time.
Since he had not truly established a Mafia group, then his appearance here meant he had clearly used some trickery to bluff and sneak his way in.
Looks like he had caught on earlier than I thought, Schiller mused. At least now Schiller did not need to worry that he lacked credits and would fail to graduate.
After all, he counted as having participated in the second-round internship. Though he participated as a patient, participation was participation.
Before long, Bruce was surrounded. His former classmates used awkward, halting methods to ask him all
