Her tongue clicked.

"Anyway, the threat in this basement has been completely cleared out. It's a shame the Corner Space hasn't been lifted. It seems the dorm supervisor had no direct connection to the changes in the dormitory building."
Luo Di offered his own conclusion as well. "That thing was too weak, far weaker than Ms. Wu Huazhen we encountered before. It wasn't even as strong as the zombies in the practical simulations.
It was unconscious, incomplete, not even a Pseudo-Human.
Even my blade had no interest in the blood flowing from its body."
The next second, Luo Di changed the subject. "Class monitor, how did you end up here? With your abilities, you shouldn't have been trapped by something that barely qualified as a Pseudo-Human."
"I rushed back to the dorm to get changed, and I even greeted the auntie when I went upstairs.
Who would've thought that after changing into my Investigator uniform, I'd take a sip of the leftover bottled water by my bed because I was thirsty, and wake up in this situation?
It's the school entrance season, after all. Who could have expected something like this to happen?
