Corner Space (Complete Type)

Also known as Limbo, the Interstice, a barrier between reality and the Corners—or rather, a transitional space.

Anyone within it would be completely cut off from the outside world, and all means of communication would fail.

"Construction Method": Four or more fully mature, qualified Pseudo-Humans who were highly familiar with the area and had left traces there had to stand at the four corners of the space at the same time.

Using their split-open faces as flesh-and-blood corners, they would construct a perfect polygonal space.

"Concealment": The space's own camouflage properties far surpassed those of a Corner Space.

Furthermore, the flow of time within the space would slow dramatically. A twelve-hour selection process would actually only take one hour outside.

"Purpose":

To select a sufficiently powerful Pseudo-Human, grant it the qualifications to enter the Corners, and complete a form of promotion.

"Effects":

Any humans enveloped by Limbo would be closer to the true Corners, making their minds more susceptible to influence. Individuals who already had certain psychological flaws or weak psychological defenses might rapidly develop Mind Corners within this space.

If there was a special type among the Pseudo-Humans constructing Limbo, its abilities might also amplify this effect.

The four competing Pseudo-Humans would not only slaughter one another, but would most likely also influence, kill, alter, and otherwise affect the humans within Limbo.

The space within would also be stretched, distorted, or even completely transformed, making the original area both familiar and unfamiliar.

Limbo was more likely to form Physical Corners. Once someone approached one, they would be drawn inside.
