This ≮Unknown Relic≯ had only fed twice since its birth. The first time was at the Exploration Bureau, where it devoured an utterly ordinary rat monster that had lost its humanity and reason.

No information had been transmitted then. It had simply eaten it, and had still seemed far from satisfied.

The second time was now. It devoured a Stitched Monster that had come with Mr. Rose and was highly effective against the Jiang residence.

While satisfying itself, the relic had actually taken the initiative to share information about this monster.

Luo Di could not help but make a bold guess: perhaps the relic itself possessed some kind of consciousness.

Having encountered something delicious, it had voluntarily provided information so that Luo Di, its master, could seek out similar food.

The information was rather abstract, however.
