After examining all the test items, Duncan gained a deeper understanding of Ai Yi's transport capabilities and the nature of the items aboard the Lost Homeland.

Ai Yi could transport several different kinds of items at once, including organic matter, inorganic matter, supernatural objects, and ordinary objects. The type of item did not affect the stability of the transport process, nor did the process alter the properties of the items themselves.

Some things aboard the Lost Homeland that clearly possessed the ability to move were themselves "sub-units" under a larger controlling consciousness. Shells, for instance, were sub-units of the ammunition system. Once these sub-units left the Lost Homeland, they lost their mobility and became entirely unremarkable objects.

Ai Yi's transport process did not seem to consume much of its "energy." Whether it was the ritual dagger it had carried at first or the pile of things it was carrying now, the bird remained as lively as ever after returning. Of course, that might simply be because the total amount of "cargo" it had transported so far was still too small, nowhere near its limits.

So far, he had only tested different types of items. Whether Ai Yi's transport ability had limits regarding "weight" or "volume" remained unknown and required further testing.

Duncan summarized the information he currently knew point by point. Only after confirming that he had considered everything did he let out a breath and slowly lean back in his chair.

He knew that the tests he had conducted so far were still far from complete. There were many possible variables he had not fully considered. Even in terms of the types of test subjects, the samples he had chosen were too few to yield meaningful data.

In the future, he would at least need to select more types
