Lu Yang saw that the battle had ended and immediately called Ku Ai Bansheng. "Log out and come with me to check on your legion commander. A brother like that is a good man."
Ku Ai Bansheng nodded. "I'll wait for you at the entrance."
Lu Yang said to Tu Feng, "Leave the battlefield to you and Xu Cailiang. I'm going to check on him first. Call me if anything happens."
"Yes," Tu Feng replied immediately.
Lu Yang logged out and walked to the office entrance, where he saw Ku Ai Bansheng already running over. He asked, "Which floor is he on?"
Ku Ai Bansheng said, "The twenty-second floor. He's the person in charge there, a legion commander named Li Shiming. He's a very good brother."
Lu Yang patted his shoulder. "Don't worry. He'll be fine. This happens to me all the time."
Ku Ai Bansheng nodded.
The two took the elevator to the twenty-second floor. The moment they entered, they saw Li Shiming sitting off to one side with a hand over his head.
"Shiming, are you okay?" Ku Ai Bansheng hurried over and asked anxiously.
Li Shiming looked up and saw both Lu Yang and Ku Ai Bansheng. Surprised, he asked, "Boss, Guild Leader, why are you two here? Is the battle over? I tried logging in several times, but I couldn't get back in."
Ku Ai Bansheng was speechless. He punched Li Shiming hard on the shoulder and cursed, "You scared the hell out of me. I thought something happened to you."
Li Shiming blinked and chuckled. "I'm fine. The system said my consciousness-to-system connection rate was below 93%, so it forcibly kicked me out. My head doesn't hurt or anything."
Lu Yang understood. The game had an automatic mechanism: unless it was modified, anyone whose connection
