Garcia had not expected Lu Yang to dare let him bring Sea Demon Tribe warriors aboard as guards. Though they would only be together for ten hours, to him, it represented absolute trust.
"Master, we will protect your safety," Garcia said, lowering his head in a respectful salute.
More than a hundred Sea Demon Tribe warriors also lowered their heads in salute. Lu Yang's acceptance of them in this manner deeply moved them.
Lu Yang said, "Raise anchor. We're heading to Jin City."
"Yes." Garcia led the Sea Demon Tribe warriors as they ran aboard the freighter.
After bidding farewell to Fei Yang and the others, Lu Yang also boarded the cargo ship. As the whistle sounded, the freighter raised anchor and set sail, slowly leaving the harbor and heading into the deep sea.
It happened to be a sunny day. A golden sun hung in the azure sky, and the sight of the ocean and the heavens lifted Lu Yang's mood. He leisurely found a deck chair, sat in the captain's cabin, and basked in the sunlight.
Though the frigid sea wind howled incessantly outside, the captain's cabin remained at around twenty-six degrees. Combined with the sunlight streaming in, it was exceptionally comfortable.
After arranging the guards, Garcia came to the captain's cabin. When he saw Lu Yang, he froze for a moment, then bowed gratefully and said respectfully, "Master, our warriors have taken up positions throughout the ship to ensure its complete safety."
Still lying down, Lu Yang looked at Garcia and gestured for him to sit beside him. "This journey should be safe. Don't make the brothers too nervous."
"Brothers?" Garcia was somewhat surprised.
Lu Yang smiled. "That's right. Everyone who follows me is my brother, and you are no exception. There is no hatred between us.
